Sebaran, Jakarta - Investigators from the National Police's special team conducted an initial examination of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as a suspect in the alleged murder of Brigadier J at Mako Brimob, Kelapa Dua, Depok, today, Thursday 11 August 2022.
"Today, the special team investigators conducted an examination of Inspector General FS as a suspect at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters.
In addition, said Dedi, special team investigators also conducted an examination of another suspect, namely KM at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit Building.
"The second examination was carried out on KM as a suspect in the Criminal Investigation Department," said Dedi.
In parallel, Dedi said, the Special Inspectorate (Irsus) of the National Police also scheduled to conduct an examination of one investigator who served at Polda Metro Jaya related to the shooting case of Brigadier J, today. The investigation was carried out at the National Police Headquarters.
"Meanwhile, Irsus, today's agenda is to conduct an examination of one investigator from the Polda Metro Jaya, at 10.00 WIB at the National Police Headquarters," said Dedi.
On the other hand, Dedi revealed that the special team of the National Police coordinated with the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) related to the examination of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.
Bearing in mind, today, Komnas HAM is also scheduled to conduct an examination of the former Head of the National Police Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.
"Then for Komnas HAM, because today there is an inspection by Inspector General FS as a suspect, the focus of the special team is to conduct an examination first. So that Inspector General FS cannot be examined by Komnas HAM, because the investigation by the special team of Polri is pro-justitia," concluded Dedi.
